Stephen J. Bobella Jr., 35.  

Stephen Resides on  Third Street with his Girlfriend Amanda and her two beautiful children Haley and Lola.

Stephen is the proud son of Barbara and the late Stephen Bobella.  Mayor Bobella is a 1990 Graduate of the Nativity BVM High School and Harrisburg Area Community College.   Since graduation Stephen has been  employed by Schuylkill Valley Emergency Medical Services where he holds the position of Executive Director.  Stephen is the President of the Eastern PA EMS Council and is the West Team leader for the Region 2 Tactical EMS group.  Stephen has assisted in the organization of the Regional EMS Strike team and is currently the chairmen of the Berks Medical Group for counterterrorism. Stephen currently sits on various public safety committees for police, fire, and EMS and has consulted organizations throughout the Eastern United States on EMS Management.  Stephen recently returned from New Orleans Louisiana, after assisting with the rescue operations after Hurricane Katrina.

Stephen currently Volunteers with the Saint Clair Veterans Memorial Ambulance Fund as a pre-hospital Paramedic where he holds the position of EMS Chief and Executive Director.  Stephen has expanded this service to better serve our community ensuring that the PRIMARY station located at 47 North Second street is staffed with trained Volunteers committed to serving their community.  Stephen is currently the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Borough of Saint Clair and has 20 years experience in public safety.  Stephen heads up an American Heart Association training center ensuring community members as well as businesses receive life saving training certifications.

In Stephens free time he is the Institutional head for the Boy Scouts pack 690 of Saint Clair as well as a committee member for the Saint Clair Car Cruise.  Stephen is a member of Saint Peter and Paul's Church, Saint Clair and is a member of the Saint Clair Fire Department.
